God has called us, his children, to answer the call for help.

During my trip to Thailand, I was able to work with several organizations who are answering the cries for help – from the refugees who were driven from their home country because of their religion, from the orphaned children, and from the women trying to escape from the sex trafficking industry.

I learned that many in our country don’t have the slightest idea of what is going on in many parts of the world. (Before my trip, I didn’t.) If they knew, they might wish to help.

And many more would love to get involved, but don’t know how.

Here I will share information about several organizations I have worked with personally. By no means is this an exhaustive list. It’s just a start for those who have the ability to help but are at a loss about where to start.

But I’ll say this, For a year Kelli and I emailed back and forth. She gave me encouragement and guided me in choosing a trip. When I finally met her in person it wasn’t like meeting a stranger, but greeting an old friend. For my six weeks in Thailand I watched her and her family and was amazed by what amazing people they are and how much they live to serve God. One of our adventures together...
